NGS Quartz

Taking care of your new countertop is easy. Follow these guidelines and enjoy it for many years.
Do
- Clean with warm water and a soft sponge. This handles most spills and common kitchen stains.
- For stubborn spills, use a mild liquid cleaner or ordinary dish detergent. A white Scotch-Brite pad handles larger spills.
- For major stains, use a water stain remover such as A-MAZ.
- Test any cleaner on a small area first.
Don’t
- Put hot pans, deep fryers, electric skillets or crock pots directly on the counter. Quartz cannot handle heat over 250–300°F.
- Let harsh chemicals touch the surface: drain cleaners, paint thinners, household acids or very high or low pH products.
- Seal the countertop. Sealers do not penetrate quartz and leave uneven shine.
- Use abrasive cleaners like Comet or Ajax.
Heat marks, chemical etching and sealer damage cannot be reversed and are not covered under the NGS warranty.
