We’re now looking for a Head of Product who’s ready to dive into the exciting world of new product lines and innovations. You don’t need previous experience in product development, but you must have the drive and knowledge to create, research, and develop a brand-new product line from scratch. We need someone with a passion for exploration, problem-solving, and hands-on value engineering.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop Our Next Big Thing: You’ll be responsible for researching, developing, and bringing new product lines to life. This includes everything from brainstorming new ideas, working with vendors, visiting factories, and overseeing the entire process of creating new products. Doing cost analysis using the PRIDE framework.
• Lead the Innovation: We want fresh ideas, so we’re counting on you to stay on top of the latest trends and innovations in the surfacing industry. You’ll explore new materials, techniques, and possibilities to ensure that our product offerings are ahead of the curve, and priced competitively.
• Travel the World: About 45-60 days a year, you’ll be traveling internationally, meeting with manufacturers and vendors across various countries to source new materials, visit factories, and collaborate with industry experts.
• Work Across Teams: You’ll collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure that your product lines align with our brand and market demands.
• Hands-On Development: You’ll lead the product development process from concept to launch. That means researching potential suppliers, developing sampling, testing products, and ensuring that every detail is perfected before it hits the market.
• Build the Future: This role isn’t just about following a process. It’s about creating something new and exciting. You’ll have the freedom to shape the direction of our product offerings, bringing something fresh to the market that will have a real impact.

• Problem Solver: You’re a creative thinker who loves solving problems. Whether it’s a manufacturing challenge, a design hurdle, or a logistical issue, you’re always ready to tackle it and find solutions.
• Go-Getter: You’re not afraid of a challenge and aren’t satisfied with the status quo. You take ownership of projects and push them forward with a “get it done” attitude.
• Global Mindset: Travel is a big part of the role. You’ll need to be comfortable visiting factories and working with suppliers internationally. You should be open to experiencing new cultures and ways of working.
• Hands-On & Tech-Savvy: While you don’t need a formal engineering background, you should be comfortable with the tools and processes used in product development. Whether it’s testing, results, and working with design software, or managing production timelines, you’re up for the task.
